• Own frontend architecture and technical standards across the studio's projects: stack choices, project templates, testing strategy, CI/CD and AI-assisted development.
• Principal frontend reviewer — 390+ merge requests reviewed, 780 merged, 500+ review comments in 2025–2026. Technical interviewer: ~20 interviews, ~10 frontend engineers hired, plus test assignments and grading criteria. Administrator of the corporate GitLab (180+ projects, 6,000+ MRs).
• Victory Map — SSR geo-platform: led it from day one and chose the stack (Vike + Fastify instead of Next.js, MapLibre, OpenFreeMap, PostGIS, vector tiling), 4 locales including RTL. The architecture let the whole app be packed into an offline VM and demonstrated to the President of Russia at SPIEF 2025.
• Tandem — marketplace: architect and lead frontend engineer from the start (team of 2 frontend + 2 backend), 290+ team MRs reviewed; seller catalogue, certificates, checkout with CDEK integration, role model (Next.js 16, React 19, FSD, TanStack, Orval, Unleash, Vitest, Playwright).
• Avtonomika (Mercator Group) — web teleoperation interface for autonomous Pixel robots: WebRTC video, telemetry and commands over MQTT, MapLibre maps, NestJS backend with a WebSocket gateway. From an MVP for pre-production robots, expos and demos to a series of 50–70 robots.
• Sniffa — headless e-commerce for the US market: designed the cloud architecture (Shopify Storefront and Customer Account API, Supabase, Cloudflare Workers via OpenNext), covered the backend without a dedicated backend engineer and built a Shopify app.
• Launched the company's mobile development practice: React Native / Expo SDK 56 (New Architecture), a self-hosted OTA server without EAS, CI builds to TestFlight and Google Play; an AI-ready native development process for a team of React engineers.
• Kolobkoin — a Telegram Mini App game: the entire frontend solo; two weeks of planned scope shipped over a weekend; 17,000+ users during the media campaign. Also: CRM for car dealerships, an internal project management tool (Turborepo, Keycloak SSO, shared UI kit), SIP.js web calling, a full-stack Next.js + Prisma platform with passkey auth in 4 weeks.
• Designed and built the corporate Proxmox VE server from scratch (64 threads, 128 GB RAM) — the company had neither its own infrastructure nor unified CI/CD before. ~40 services: SSO (Keycloak, OIDC), Vault, VPN, PowerDNS, MinIO, PostgreSQL, observability (Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Grafana), self-hosted AI, ~15 client staging environments. ~100k ₽ of hardware instead of paying for idle cloud capacity.
• Author of the GitLab CI/CD template library: Docker Compose deploys, ephemeral MR environments (Terraform + Proxmox LXC), AI review on every MR (Claude Code, Qodo), Expo store builds and OTA. Every new company project runs on these templates (22 repositories). I own production delivery and roll out security best practices on cloud accounts.

Senior Frontend Developer (contract)

• WebView frontend inside the mobile app: product features, polish and fixes in the Next.js part.
• Debugged and integrated the WebView into the real native app using reverse engineering (Frida).

Lead Frontend Developer (contract)

Team grew to: PM · 2 frontend · 2 backend

• Data labelling and model training platform for computer vision: laid down the frontend architecture from scratch and started development as an external expert.
• Built the key sections — projects, model versions, assets, paginated searchable tables, navigation and i18n — plus canvas image tooling (Konva, Label Studio).
• Developed the UI kit and pages in the Lerna/Nx monorepo behind VisionLabs platform interfaces: buttons, tables, pagination, dropzones, icons.

Senior Frontend Developer (contract)

VK.com frontend infrastructure group: 2 frontend · lead · 2 backend

• VK.com Bookmarks section: migrated the section's state management from Effector to MobX.
• One of the first to apply the new MobX-based approach to VK.com state and fed results back to the platform team.
• Product components on VKUI together with the UI team; refactoring and evolution of the section. Re-engaged by VK in 2025 for the frontend of an internal employee service.

Senior Frontend Developer (contract)

Nx monorepo — 10 apps, 14 packages · team of 10+ frontend engineers

• Exchange trading terminal: second-largest contributor to the project (~800 of ~5,000 commits).
• Built one of the trading platform's mini-apps and a significant part of the API between mini-apps (terminal widgets).
• Real-time data: STOMP/WebSocket, order book, quotes, Lightweight Charts, high-load TanStack tables.
• Cross-review inside the team and participation in architectural decisions on the platform API.

Frontend Developer

• SaaS for cadastral engineers: built the frontend single-handedly — Next.js, a vector editor on canvas + d3, GOST-compliant document package generation, integrations with mapping and government services.
• Dobro.Vzaimno — a mutual-aid VK Mini App (380,000+ users, 42,000+ responses): screens and backend integration.
• Projects for Zvuk (Sber) and an ERP system for a car distributor.
• Studio starter templates (React, Next.js, NestJS) and test assignments for frontend hiring.

Founder & Fullstack Developer

• Founder and developer of the platform for the Russian-speaking Rainbow Six Siege community.
