- Lead frontend on the studio’s flagship marketplace: Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, Tailwind 4, Feature-Sliced Design, Storybook, Playwright.
- Launched the company’s mobile development practice: shipped the first Expo / React Native app solo (New Architecture, React Compiler, OTA updates, fastlane pipelines to TestFlight and Google Play) and engineered the developer experience — templates, tooling and CI/CD that let web React engineers ship native apps.
- Author and administrator of the company’s entire dev infrastructure: GitLab, CI/CD template library, Docker deploys, ephemeral MR-preview environments on Terraform + Proxmox.
- Rolled out AI-assisted development company-wide: Claude Code agent workflows with per-repo context engineering (CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md), AI code review of every merge request in CI (Claude Code + Qodo), internal MCP servers for team tooling.
- SaaS automating a cadastral engineering department: visual vector editor on Canvas + D3, GOST-compliant document package generation, integrations with Yandex Maps, Mapbox, state registry and government services APIs.
- Full-stack robot teleoperation dashboard: live WebRTC video, MQTT command channel, MapLibre positioning, NestJS backend.
- SSR geo-platform on Vike + Fastify with HTML streaming, MapLibre + Turf.js GeoJSON pipeline, 4 locales including RTL.
- VK Mini App for a volunteer-matching social project: 40+ screens, two user roles, real-time notifications, 800K+ MAU.
- Telegram Mini Apps, Keycloak SSO theming, Turborepo monorepos with shared UI libraries, full-stack Next.js with Prisma and passkey auth.
